Alzheimer’s Research UK: Plan to improve the lives of people with dementia
5th October, 2018
Alzheimer's Research UK is asking government to take five key actions starting with putting just 1% of the annual cost of dementia toward research. Currently, government spends only 0.3% on dementia research.
Making this increase would support efforts like increasing the number of dementia researchers, promoting how people can reduce their risk of dementia, and preparing for future treatments so they reach people quickly.
There’s no time to lose, and they need your help to get the word out.
