The seminar will look at ageing in the workplace and will review changing workplace demographics, and older worker discrimination and competencies. Particular attention will be paid to older worker health and wellbeing needs, including suggestions and guidelines for how organisations can attend to the health needs of an ageing workforce. To illustrate this, attendees will be introduced to research on ageing professional drivers and the 'Age, Health and Professional Drivers' Network' (https://sites.manchester.ac.uk/ahpd/network/).

The event will be held in the SURF Room at Fulton House, Swansea University from 12-2pm. Light refreshments will be available from 11.45am.
