Unigrwydd

Mae ymchwil a gynhaliwyd gan aelodau CADR wedi dangos bod nam gwybyddol yn cael effaith sylweddol ar unigrwydd.

Mae'r animeiddiad hwn yn cyflwyno ein hymchwil ac mae'n awgrymu ffyrdd y gallwn gefnogi pobl sy'n dioddef unigrwydd i roi gwell ansawdd bywyd iddynt.

Mae CADR wedi gweithio gyda Heneiddio'n Dda yng Nghymru i gynhyrchu taflen Gwneud Gwahaniaeth - canllaw poced i'ch helpu i ddelio ag unigrwydd

ENRICH Cymru - The ENRICH Cymru network is co-hosted by the Centre for Ageing and Dementia Research, and the Wales School for Social Care Research here at Swansea University.  The aim of ENRICH Cymru is to improve the lives of residents and staff in Care Homes across Wales by developing and facilitating a network of ‘research ready’ Care Homes. The network will promote the exchange of research ideas and knowledge, and foster the co-creation of research relevant to the current issues in the Care Home sector. Care Homes and Researchers across Wales will be invited to join the network to provide more opportunities for new and innovative research projects to be carried out.

Join Dementia Research - Dementia is one of the biggest challenges we face today. The number of people with Alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia, and other types of dementia, is set to double over the next 30 years.
Research offers hope. It is only through research that we can understand what causes the disease, develop effective treatments, improve care and hopefully one day find a cure.
